Submission Guidelines

Basic Requirements

1. The paper’s title and author information (in both Chinese and English) must appear on the first page only. No author information should appear after the first page.

2. Chinese text should be written in DFKai-SB, English in Times New Roman, font size 12 pt.

• For Chinese: 1.5 line spacing
• For English: double spacing
• Text must be justified, using A4 portrait layout in Microsoft Word format.

3. Full paper length: maximum 10,000 words or within 8 pages, including abstract, figures, tables, and references. File size must not exceed 2MB.

• Abstracts in both Chinese and English: max 500 words each
• Keywords: 5 maximum for both Chinese and English

4. Numbering format:

• Chinese: 壹、一、(一)、1、(1)
• English: Ⅰ、(Ⅰ)、A、(A)、a、(a)
• Use Arabic numerals (e.g., (1), (2), (3)) for in-text numbering.

5. Table titles should appear above the table, figure titles should appear below the figure, all center-aligned.

• Use sequential labeling such as: Figure 1, Table 1; Figure 2, Table 2, etc.

6. Tables must not span across pages. If absolutely necessary, indicate continuation in the title (e.g., Table 2 (continued)). Use horizontal lines only to format tables.

7. Suggested structure:

• Chinese and English abstract
• Introduction
• Methodology
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• References (limit: 30)
• Authors: up to 4 contributors per paper
